Qualified homeowners can spread a kitchen, bath, or whole-home renovation across low monthly payments, so a dated space doesn't have to wait for the perfect cash moment. We'll walk through the options at your consultation, right alongside your fixed-price proposal and allowance sheet.
Financing available on approved credit. Ask your designer for current rates and terms at your consultation.
Most renovation horror stories start the same way: a low number to win the job, then a stack of change orders once the walls are open. We do it backwards. You get a fixed-price proposal and an allowance sheet before demo day, so the number you sign is the number you pay. If we open a wall and find a surprise, we show you the photo and the options before we touch it - you decide, and you always know exactly where the budget stands.
A designer measures your space, walks through your wish list, and sketches the possibilities on site so you can see what's realistic before any money changes hands.
We render the new space in 3D and hand you a fixed-price proposal with a full allowance sheet, so you approve the look and the number before we order a single thing.
One lead carpenter runs your job site, containment and dust walls go up, and the space is swept every evening with dated progress photos sent to your phone.
We close out the punch list with you at a final walkthrough and hand you a written 10-year workmanship warranty that transfers if you ever sell.
A look at the kind of remodeling work we deliver.
“Renew gutted and rebuilt our dated 1990s kitchen in Brentwood and the 3D renderings were spot-on with the finished room. The fixed-price proposal held to the dollar even after they opened a wall and found old wiring. Best contractor experience we've had.”
“We did a full primary-bath renovation off Main Street in Franklin. Margaret's team matched the trim and millwork to the original 1920s house so well that guests think it was always there. One lead, daily photos, spotless job site.”
“They finished our walkout basement in Murfreesboro into a guest suite and media room. Egress, moisture control, the works - all to code and on the price they quoted. The designer caught layout issues we never would have seen on our own.”
“Our East Nashville bungalow had knob-and-tube and balloon framing hiding behind every wall. Renew handled the historic-overlay approvals and built an addition that reads like original construction. We lived in the house the whole time and barely noticed the dust.”
“We hired Renew to open up the galley kitchen in our Hendersonville lake house and add a screened porch. The view-first design completely changed how we use the space. Only knocked off a star because material lead times pushed us a couple weeks - they kept us posted the whole way.”

Every renovation we build is backed by a written 10-year workmanship warranty, and it transfers to the next owner if you sell. If anything we installed fails because of how we built it, our own carpenters come back and make it right - no finger-pointing at a sub, no fine-print runaround.
I started Renew because I was tired of watching homeowners get caught between a designer who drew something beautiful and a builder who said it couldn't be done. Here, the people who draw your kitchen are the people who build it, so the details on paper actually land in your home. I sign off on every fixed-price proposal myself, and I'd rather lose a job than win it with a number we both know will balloon later. Your home is the most personal thing we'll ever touch, and we treat it that way. — Margaret Boone, Founder & Lead Designer
We do a thorough on-site assessment and write the proposal against a detailed allowance sheet, so the price is locked before demo day. If we open a wall and find a genuine surprise - old knob-and-tube wiring, hidden water damage, balloon framing - we stop, show you the photo and your options, and you decide before we touch it. There are no quiet change orders, and you always know exactly where the budget stands.
Most full bathroom renovations run about three to five weeks once we're on site, and a gutted kitchen typically runs six to ten weeks depending on cabinetry and stone lead times. Whole-home renovations and additions are longer and we schedule them in sequenced phases. We give you a real calendar at the proposal stage and send dated progress photos after every build day so the timeline never goes dark on you.
Yes. We pull every required Metro or county permit and schedule the inspections as part of your project - it's never something you have to chase. In historic-overlay neighborhoods like East Nashville or older parts of Franklin, we prepare the review-board submittals too, because we already know what those boards require before we quote your job.
Every renovation we build carries a written 10-year workmanship warranty covering the labor and craftsmanship of what we installed. If something fails because of how we built it, our own carpenters come back and make it right - no finger-pointing at a sub. The warranty also transfers to the next owner if you sell, which is a real selling point at closing. Manufacturer warranties on appliances and fixtures run separately and we register those for you.
Usually, yes - and most of our clients do. We build temporary dust walls to seal off the work zone, cover floors and pathways, run negative-air containment where it's needed, and sweep the site clean before the crew leaves each evening. For a single-room remodel that's very manageable. For a whole-home gut we'll talk honestly about whether staying put makes sense for your family.
