We got tired of homeowners stuck between the designer and the builder
Margaret Boone started Renew Remodeling in 2011 after years of watching the same thing go wrong: a designer drew something beautiful, a builder said half of it couldn't be done, and the homeowner was left refereeing two companies who blamed each other. So she built one firm that does both. The carpenters who frame your kitchen sit in on the design, the drawings get priced to the dollar before demo day, and the finish work comes from our own in-house millwork shop instead of whatever sub bid lowest that week. More than 640 kitchens, baths, basements, and whole-home renovations across Middle Tennessee later, Margaret still signs off on every fixed-price proposal herself, because the number you sign should be the number you pay.

How we work

Design consultation
A designer measures your space, walks through your wish list, and sketches the possibilities on site so you can see what's realistic before any money changes hands.

Fixed-price proposal and 3D renderings
We render the new space in 3D and hand you a fixed-price proposal with a full allowance sheet, so you approve the look and the number before we order a single thing.

Our own carpenters build it
One lead carpenter runs your job site, containment and dust walls go up, and the space is swept every evening with dated progress photos sent to your phone.

Walkthrough and 10-year warranty
We close out the punch list with you at a final walkthrough and hand you a written 10-year workmanship warranty that transfers if you ever sell.
